Installation
LED TV — first day
- Free wall mount and installation with Bush LED. Keep 10 cm air behind the set.
- Use the HDMI port for a set-top box. USB is for movies, not charging phones.
- Android / webOS: sign in on YouTube or Netflix after the technician finishes the demo.
- If there is no picture but you hear sound, try another HDMI cable before calling service.
Washer + dryer
Semi automatic WM
- Wash tub and dryer (spin) are two drums. Do not overload the wash tub — clothes must move.
- Open the lint filter in the dryer after every few washes. A blocked filter is the usual 'dryer not working' call.
- Keep the machine on a level floor. A tilt makes it walk and the wheel / timer fails early.
- Wash motor is in warranty 5 years from bill. Spin motor and other parts: 2 years.
Honeycomb pads
Air cooler — summer ready
- Fill the tank, soak honeycomb pads 10 minutes, then start the pump. Fan after water is flowing.
- Bush (premium) and Baron (economy) — both get 1 year on fan motor, water pump and swing motor.
- No cooling usually means dry pads or a jammed pump, not a dead fan.
- Drain the tank in monsoon. Stale water smells and kills the pump.
Home service
When to call Bush
- Register in this app with bill date and serial. You get a call number like BB260919001.
- Keep the bill photo ready. Warranty is from bill date, not from the day it failed.
- Wrong product or 'customer not picking up' gets the call cancelled — we still keep the record.
